  • In conjunction with the Awards Banquet there will be a Silent Auction and Raffle. Donations would be appreciated! If you would like to donate to either or both functions please contact the designated Point of Contact (POC) for each function to let them know your donation and to arrange getting it to the National (mailing or bringing it in person).

  • All Trophy Donations are on a first received basis.
  • Review the attached 2009 National Specialty Trophy List and contact Julie Bellmyer to reserve your trophy donation. (Adobe PDF Reader required for Trophy List.)
    • It is preferred, though not required, that you indicate two choices in your e-mail; one primary choice and one alternate choice.
  • Donation/s cannot be considered "Final" until Julie has received all monies for the requested donation/s.

• Camping:
  • There are approximately 20 RV spaces available directly south of the main building. Contact Select-a-Seat at (316) 755-7328 for reservations. Spaces are on pavement with grass nearby. Full hook-ups. Spaces are usually taken by January.
  • There is a campground west of the Coliseum buildings that is on grass and is handled on a first-served basis. It has hook-ups but can be quite a hike so alternate transportation may be advisable.
    
    
• Golf Carts:
  • It is possible that golf carts may be available for rent. Contact Diane Kilts for more information.
