WSSCA Membership Application and Endorsement

• The WSSCA is now using an interactive membership application which should improve the response time in processing the applications.
  
  
• To make full use of the interactive features you must have Adobe PDF Reader Version 7.0 or above installed on your computer.
  • The most current Adobe PDF Reader is available, free of charge, at http://www.adobe.com
    
    
• If you have Adobe Reader Version 6.0 or lower installed the interactive features will not be available:
  • Download the WSSCA Membership Application and Endorsement Form.
  • Obtain a printout of the form.
  • Complete the form.
  • Mail the completed form.

Interactive Form Instructions
(Adobe PDF Reader Version 8.0 used as a reference.)

1. Download the form and complete the first three pages of the form.
• You can use your computer's TAB key to advance the curser or manually move the curser to place the curser at a specific location.
• You can highlight the fields to make it easier to see the fields and complete the form.
2. Save the completed form on your computer to a known location.
3. After you have saved the form click on the small envelope in the Adobe Toolbar in the upper left or click on File>Attach to Email.
4. An email message will come up with the form attached:
• Type in your Sponsor's email address in the To box.
• Type in the Corresponding Secretary's email address in the Copy To box.
• Be sure to complete the Subject Line! (Will not go out if Subject Line blank.)
• Add a short note of explanation to the message body and send the message.
5. Your sponsor then completes page four of the application and submits the completed WSSCA Membership Application and Endorsement Form to the WSSCA Corresponding Secretary by clicking the Submission button at the bottom of the Endorsement Form.
