Rain, sleet, and swirling wind did not stop the 2014 WSSCA Hunt Test at Susan and Allen Willingham’s Stufield Farm in Clark’s Hill, South Carolina, much to the joy of the dogs, if not their handlers and onlookers.  Challenging conditions on Saturday surprisingly brought hard-flying birds, perfect aim by the gunners, and spaniel exuberance to the hunt.

Junior qualifying scores were earned on Saturday by Rosie (Stufield’s Chinaberry Girl, CGC) handled by Susan Willingham; Jagger (Stufield’s randall Binkerton) handled by Johnathan Boesel; and Myrddin (Rolyart’s Go Fetch Mynd Nol Y Andl Y Ddraig Goch) handled by John Shelburne.  Senior qualifying scores were earned by Bronwyn (Mystic Acres Bronwyn Adarwr) handled by John Shelburne. 

Rosie (Susan Willingham) and Jagger (Johnathan Boesel) earned qualifying scores on a clear, bright fall-like Sunday, as well.
